Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, unless the item is faulty or damaged. Please contact us on Admin@storagesystemsdirect.co.uk, for the returns address.

The return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure items are securely packaged, as you remain responsible for them until they have been received and processed by us.

Once the returned items are received and inspected. we will issue a credit for the value of the goods (excluding the original delivery charge).

This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.​​

Faulty or Damaged Items

We aim to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition. However, if an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 30 days by calling 07801561888 or emailing Admin@storagesystemsdirect.co.uk.

We will arrange a refund or replacement through our fulfilment partner.
