At Storage Systems Direct, we work with a trusted UK supplier to ensure fast and reliable delivery. All orders are dispatched directly from them using national carriers. Tilt Bins are stocked and shipped by Storage Systems Direct.

We only deliver within the United Kingdom.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery operates Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Most orders arrive within 2 - 4 working days.
Some items may dispatch within 24 hours if in stock.
Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and dispatched.

During busy periods or severe weather, delivery times may be slightly longer, but orders will be shipped as soon as conditions allow.

Shipping Method
Your order may be shipped via DHL, DX,, DPD or Evri.

Shipping Costs

Free delivery to most UK locations on all items.
Destination surcharges may apply depending on courier rules and item size/weight.
Some remote or offshore areas (e.g., Scilly Isles, Shetland) may be unserviceable. If this occurs, we will contact you to arrange an alternative address or issue a refund.

If your location has delivery restrictions, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipped via DPD at a flat rate of £5.95.
Delivery timeframe: 2 - 4 working days.

This applies only to Tilt Bin orders; all other orders are shipped from our UK supplier.
