At Storage Systems Direct, we work with two trusted UK suppliers to ensure fast and reliable delivery. All orders are dispatched directly from the suppliers using national carriers.
Delivery Times

Standard delivery operates Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Most orders arrive within 2 - 4 working days.

Some items may dispatch within 24 hours if in stock.

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and dispatched.
During busy periods or severe weather, delivery times may be slightly longer, but orders will be shipped as soon as conditions allow.

Depending on the item and supplier, your order may be shipped via DHL, DX, or DPD.

Orders Fulfilled by Costway
• Free delivery to most UK locations on all Costway‑fulfilled items.
• Destination surcharges may apply depending on courier rules and item size/weight.
• Some remote or offshore areas (e.g., Scilly Isles, Shetland) may be unserviceable. If this occurs, we will contact you to arrange an alternative address or issue a refund.
Orders Fulfilled by Our Other UK Supplier
Mainland UK:
• Orders under £240 (inc. VAT): £5.95
• Orders over £240 (inc. VAT): Free delivery
Non‑Mainland UK:
• Additional charges may apply for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Highlands, Northern Scotland, Isle of Wight, and certain remote areas.

Pallet Deliveries
Some larger or bulk items may be delivered on a pallet.
• Pallet deliveries are kerbside only.
• If your address has access restrictions, please contact us before placing your order.

• We cannot cover return shipping costs for unwanted items or incorrect orders once they have been dispatched.
