Products are supplied according to the manufacturer’s specifications and quality standards.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days.

We may request photos or additional information so we can arrange a replacement or return through the fulfilment partner that shipped your order.

When you place an order, you confirm that all information provided is correct.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

We may cancel or refuse an order where necessary, including due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected misuse.

 

Prices & Payment

• All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise

• Payment is taken at the time of ordering

• We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal

• Payment details are processed securely; we do not store card information

 

Delivery

We work with two trusted fulfilment partners, who dispatch products directly to you.

Most orders arrive within 2 - 4 working days.

Some items may dispatch within 24 hours if in stock.

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.

During busy periods or severe weather, delivery times may be slightly longer, but orders will be shipped as soon as conditions allow.

Delivery costs are stated in each product description under additional information.

We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, fulfilment partners, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Your return window depends on which fulfilment partner shipped your order.

FilStorage offer a 14‑day return period,

Costway comes with a 30‑day returns guarantee.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected by us.

Please allow 3 - 5 working days for the refund to be issued after approval.

Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3 -10 working days for the funds to appear in your account.

Non‑Delivery

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will investigate with our fulfilment partners and couriers.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, or events outside our reasonable control.
