Every order is handled by one of our two trusted UK fulfilment partners, and we stay closely involved to make sure everything arrives just as it should. If something isn’t quite right, depending on what supplier fulfilled the order, the return window is either 14 - 30 days.

Returns for Items Dispatched by FilStorage
(Products: Shopping trolleys & Baskets, Van Storage Units, Tilt Bins, Storage Boxes & Bins, Union Bins)
14‑Day Return Window
You may return your item within 14 days of delivery.
Unless the item is faulty or damaged, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the value of the goods (excluding the original delivery charge).

Faulty or Damaged Items

Please ensure items are securely packaged, as you remain responsible for them until they have been received and processed.

Returned items must include all original contents and packaging. Items that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund.

Package Lost
If your tracking shows delivery issues or the item does not arrive, We will open a claim with the courier and resolve the matter once the investigation is complete.
