Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. All items sold on our website are dispatched by one of our approved fulfilment partners. Because of this, the returns process depends on which warehouse shipped your order.


If you’re unsure which policy applies to your item, just contact us with your order number and we’ll confirm the correct route.

Each fulfilment partner has its own returns process. We will guide you to the correct one.


Returns for Items Dispatched by Our Standard Fulfilment Partners
For items not supplied by Costway, the following policy applies:


14‑Day Return Window
You may return your item within 14 days of delivery.
Unless the item is faulty or damaged, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the value of the goods (excluding the original delivery charge).

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days, please contact us on:

We will arrange a refund or replacement through the fulfilment partner that shipped your order.


Please ensure items are securely packaged, as you remain responsible for them until they have been received and processed.

Returns for Costway‑Fulfilled Items
Items dispatched by Costway follow their 30‑day returns guarantee.


30‑Day Guarantee
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item does not meet your expectations.


Returned items must include all original contents and packaging. Items that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Bundle discounts (unless the entire bundle is returned)

  • Any item after 30 days from delivery

Package Lost
If your tracking shows delivery issues or the item does not arrive, We will open a claim with the courier and resolve the matter once the investigation is complete.
